The sugar tongs or sugar servers measure 6 inches long and are hallmarked for London, England in 1822 which means before Queen Victoria came to the throne. The maker's mark is H I or I H, which I have been unable to identify. The sugar tongs have the a hand engraved gothic script monogram initial F H on the bow. The sugar
