Akashi-Tai Honjozo Tokubetsu Gohyakumangoku Sake 15% abv 72cl Left Bank This is aged in heavilyA top quality sake and the entry point to Akashi Tai's connoisseur range. Made with Gohyakumangoku rice milled down to just 60% of its original size, creating a delicate and complex sake with a creamy mouthfeel and tropical fruit notes. Our Tokubetsu Honjozo is a lighter bodied sake to which the sake master adds a small amount of alcohol prior to the filtering stage.
