I decided to highlight it by keeping everything else about this cowboy in a somewhat muted palette. He's in blue values and the sky has a pale yellow base with blue scumbled over the top. All of this keeps the 'competition' for the pink rope low. The yellow in the sky helped create a stronger silhouette for the cowboy, but the
